 - Green chillies - 2 (slit lengthwise)
 - Peanuts - 2 full tablespoons
 - Peas - 1 tablespoon(optional)

 - Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
 - Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
 - Coriander leaves(chopped finely) - 1 tablespoon

Preparation
- Rinse the poha twice or thrice in running water.
 - Keep it moist with very little water for around 10 minutes.
 - In the meantime, heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
 - Add onions, green chillies and sauté them till onions turn transparent.
 - Add peanuts and peas and roast them well.

- Add curry leaves and turmeric powder and salt.
 - Now make sure the poha has absorbed the water fully and separate. It should not become mushy.
 - Add the moist poha and stir well till the poha is heated through.
 - Once done, Put off the flame and add lemon juice and mix it well and sprinkle the coriander leaves.
 - Serve hot.

Note: In typical poha recipe, boiled potatoes are added. But I did not add it since I wanted it to be quick. I had added some microwaved frozen peas for extra nutrition.
